  19. I wasn't suggesting that AT do that, anyway there is an announcement on one of
  20. the web sites that a 4x unit will be used, I assume IDE without any other
  21. knowledge to refute it.  The bus used doesn't dictate the quality IMO.

  26. That is true.  Not much that can be done about that, you can still replace the
  27. drive with another one though, at least it is more standard than the amiga
  28. double density drives.  What is more important is the ability to boot from a
  29. CDROM drive for games.  An external scsi port for zip drives etc would be the
  30. way I would want AT to go.

  32. Basically, Hard drive and CDROM internal with an external scsi port would be
  33. ideal.  With the external floppy port retained for transition purposes.

  39. You get what you pay for agreed.  I would rather the standard be CDROM as it
  40. may last longer.
